(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 20-year-old male after investigating an incident at a Churchill Avenue, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, October 29, 2016 at approximately 12:46 p.m., a concerned homeowner contacted police to report a suspicious male.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that a male was sitting in a partial live lane of traffic when officers arrived in the area.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 20-year-old Jaydon MARKS of Norfolk County, Ontario with being intoxicated in a public place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act.
He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offences Notice.
