(TOWNSHIP OF ADJALA-TOSORONTIO) – On Saturday, July 4th, 2015, at approximately 8:00 pm, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were conducting radar in the Village of Loretto. A black coloured Dodge CXT was approaching at a high rate of speed.
Officers observed the vehicle passing several other vehicles and police radar tracked the oncoming vehicle at 114 km/hr in a posted 60 km/hr zone.
The vehicle has been impounded for 7 days, license suspended for 7 days and the 20 year old driver, Raphael DESILETS, of Brampton has been charged with “Stunt Driving” and will appear in Churchill Court on April 19th, 2015.
