(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police, Norfolk County Detachment received a report of a theft from a Western Avenue, Turkey Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, June 25, 2016 at approximately 6:42 p.m., police received a call from a concerned citizen reporting a theft.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that between Wednesday, June 22, 2016 and Saturday, June 25, 2016, unknowns attended the address and removed a bicycle from backyard of the property.
The bicycle is described as a 1960 Triumph, white and red in colour with a wide seat. The bicycle also had a bell.
Some tips that may help prevent bicycle theft.
• Invest in a good bicycle lock.
• Make sure your bicycle is out of sight and not left in the an open area without being
locked.
• Make sure that your bike and the area that you store your bicycle is locked and
secured.
