19 Year Old Winghamite Arrested On Josephine Street With Methamphetamine – Name Released

During the early morning hours of the 2nd of August, police observed three youths gathered on the sidewalk. As police approached, the officer detected the odour of marijuana and one of the youths had a marijuana cigarette in his hand. The 19 year old male was placed under arrest and a small quantity of marijuana and a larger quantity of crystal meth was found on his person. Quinn Campbell, aged 19, of Wingham is charged with possession of a Schedule II substance (marijuana) and possession of a Schedule I substance (methamphetamine) contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
