(Prescott) On November the 29th, 2016, at approximately 7:15pm, the Prescott office of the Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended an accident involving a pedestrian. The accident occurred on the Edward Street CN overpass, in Prescott .
At this location a 19 year old male pedestrian was stuck by a pick-up truck. The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was transported to hospital. The 65 year old male driver, also from Prescott, was not injured.
The accident was determined to have been caused by the pedestrian and there are no charges at this time.
