(TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH, ON) – On September 11 at approximately 9:15 p.m., a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic on County Road 32 near County Road 34, Township of Puslinch. The officer observed a male driving a 2003 Acura 32T travelling at a speed that appeared to be well above the posted speed limit. The vehicle was locked on radar at 134 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
19 year-old Lucas LITTLEJOHN of Cambridge has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and will appear in Guelph Provincial Court on November 1, 2017. His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of seven days as per statute.
