(PT. EDWARD, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision call on Venetian Boulevard, on August 20, 2013, just before 1:00 a.m. and that incident lead to the arrest of the driver.
The OPP investigation showed that there was extensive damage to the Chevrolet vehicle, which had allegedly struck some posts, but no injuries are being reported.
The driver, 19 years of age from St. Clair Township, has a Sarnia bail court appearance on 20 Aug 2013 to answer to the following allegations:
Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent
Impaired Operation
Drive Over the Legal Limit
Breach of a Recognizance (x2)
