(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 19-year-old male after police investigated an incident at s South Drive, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, April 1, 2017 at approximately 9:28 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned animal owner reporting that their dog had been bitten by another dog that was running loose.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a 51-year-old female of Norfolk County, Ontario was walking her dog in the area of South Drive when a dog running loose approached their animal and bit it in the facial area causing injuries.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 19-year-old Noah Isaiah FROS of Norfolk County, Ontario with permit dog to be at large contrary to the Norfolk County By-law.
He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
