(AMHERSTVIEW, ON) – On March 22, 2016 at approximately 10:00PM, officers of the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a family dispute at a residence in Amherstview, ON.
Forty-six (46) year-old Randall Clayton BROCKWELL was transported to hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries where he later died.
Hannah Victoria BROCKWELL, 19, of Amherstview is charged with Aggravated Assault. She was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Napanee, ON Tuesday, March 29, 2016.
The Napanee OPP Crime Unit, under the direction of OPP Detective Inspector Paul Yelle, Criminal Inves tigation Branch, is continuing the investigation.
