(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 158Km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 shortly after 1:30pm yesterday.
Connor MOFFATT (age 19) of Ajax, ON was charged with:
Stunt driving in relation to excessive speed.
Possession of a schedule II controlled substance (marihuana)
His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2013 Lexus SUV was impounded.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on November 10, 2016.
