(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – Yesterday morning just before 7:00 a.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer locked his RADAR device on a black Lincoln sedan that was racing along Howick-Turnberry Road near Jeffray Line at a high rate of speed. The westbound Lincoln was travelling at a speed of 144 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.
The novice class driver, Jesse BLOOR-MAYERS, 19 years of age from Formosa has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle. His licence was suspended on the spot for seven days and his car has been impounded for a week. He also has a court appearance to make on August 18, 2015 at Provincial Offences Act Court in Goderich.
