(SUDBURY, ON)- On November 20, 2016, members of the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were at the Sudbury OPP Detachment when they heard an engine revving and tires squealing in detachment parking lot.
Police observed a passenger car doing a donut in detachment parking lot and the male driver was yelling profanities at the officers.
The driver, Kristopher CHARRON, 19 years of age, from Sudbury, was arrested charged with: Dangerous operation of motor vehicle, contrary to section 249(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on December 21, 2016.
