(Peterborough County, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) crime unit have been investigating a male after he threatened to post nude pictures of a female he met online.
Investigators learned that the suspect had an online relationship with an 18 year old Peterborough woman. The male used intimidation, the threat of exposing those pictures to her friends and family and demanded cash. As a result of the on-going investigation
Jamie Alexzander Paul SMICKLE (age 28) of Waterdown, ON was arrested and charged with:

Procuring (to provide sexual services)
The accused was held in custody and with appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario later today for a show cause hearing.
