(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged an 18 year old woman with a drug related driving offence after investigating a driving complaint at a Highway (Hwy) #6 Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday June 27th, 2015 at approximately 2:30 pm Police were called to investigate a driving complaint of a possible impaired driver south bound on Hwy #6 from Caledonia which had almost been involved in several collisions.
The suspect vehicle identified as a BMW car was located at a Hwy #6, Hagersville address which had been followed into a parking lot by a concerned drivers and witnesses.
Police attend and spoke with the female driver who was arrested for impaired driving. A small quantity of suspected Marihuana was located and seized as well.
As a result of investigation the female driver identified as 18 year old Alexandra GILIBERTI – MURRAY of Toronto, ON has been charged with Driving while ability impaired by Drug and Possession of a Schedule 2 Substance – Cannabis Marihuana. She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
