(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged an 18 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Ontario address.
On Friday, January 2, 2014, at approximately 12:20 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Queensway East, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 18 year old Devon CLARKE, of Norwich Township, Ontario with possession of Marihuana.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
