(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit, with the assistance of Haldimand County OPP, and the West Region Emergency Response Team, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a Park Ave, Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Thursday December 10th, 2015 at approximately 11:30 am officers attended the Park Ave residence and executed a search warrant. During the search a quantity of marihuana, marihuana resin, and liquid Methadone was seized along with related drug trafficking paraphernalia. Value of the drugs seized is approximately $17000.00 dollars.
Charged with Possession of an illegal substance (Marihuana) for the purpose of Trafficking, 2 counts of Possession of an illegal substance (Marihuana) and Possession of an illegal substance (Methadone) is a 60 year old Gary COLE and 61 year old Janet Cole. Both are residents of Haldimand County, ON. They are to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
