(Bluewater, ON) – On August 2, 2011 at approximately 6:50 a.m., a Huron OPP officer was patrolling on Parr Line in Bluewater when a southbound vehicle was observed travelling at a speed in excess of 50 kilometres per hour above the posted speed limit of 90 KPH. The officer stopped the vehicle and the driver was charged under the Street Racing Legislation.
A 17 year old male of Lucan has lost his licence for 7 days and his vehicle has been impounded for 7 days. He will answer to his charge in Provincial Court in Goderich on September 6, 2011. LP11215538
