(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On January 30, 2014 at approximately 10:04 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a 2013 Ford traveling westbound at a high rate of speed on Wellington County Road 34, near Wellington County Road 46, Puslinch Township. The officer obtained a speed of 115 km/h in a 60 km/h zone on radar. His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Gregory WAKELY age 17 of Cambridge is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on February 19, 2014 to answer to the charge.
