(Rockland, ON) On November 2, 2013, OPP Constables responded to a motor vehicle collision on County Road 17 in Rockland. In the early hours in the morning a single vehicle collision took place near Ramage Road. A young female driver lost control of her vehicle and ended up in the ditch with airbags being deployed. The driver was not injured.
A 17 year old female from Clarence-Creek was issued a provincial offence notice for the following offence:
