(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Sunday July 14, 2013 shortly after 7 p.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Perth Line 20 near Fullarton observed a Honda Civic travel at a high rate of speed.
The officer using a Police Radar locked in the Honda’s speed at 139 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The 17 year old male driver from Kitchener was issued a summons for the offence of race motor vehicle”. He is to attend court in Stratford on August 13
