(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On July 12th, 2016 at approximately 2:00 p.m., members of the Central Region Community Drug Action Team executed a search warrant at a residence on Elgin Street in the Village of New Lowell.
As a result of this search warrant Police seized the following:
165 Cannabis Marihuana plants
30 Lbs. of bagged Cannabis Marihuana
Cash
Drug Paraphernalia
Charged with “Produce a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana” and “Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – over 3Kg.” is Wayne G. WOODCOX 39 years old from Midland, Ontario. First appearance is August 30th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
