(South Glengarry) On January 3, 2015 Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit officers began an investigation into reported sexual offences occurring at a residence on County Road 2, South Glengarry Township. Investigation indicated that between June 2013 and January 2015, a male youth repeatedly engaged in sexual related incidents which involved another male and female youths.
The 16-year-old male from Cornwall, Ontario was arrested on January 9th and is charged with;
– Sexual Assault (2 counts)
– Invitation to Sexual Touching (3 counts)
– Sexual Interference (2 counts)
– Indecent Exposure (2 counts)
– Make Sexually Explicit Material (2 counts)
– Distribution of Child Pornography
– Utter Threats ( 2 counts)
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on February 12, 2015.
