(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Thursday, April 30, 2015 at approximately 1:57 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a 2006 Honda Odyssey van for speeding 140 km/hr in a posted 80 km/hr zone on Hwy. 10 near Road 190 in the Township of Southgate.
LODHI, Majid Hussain, 23, of Toronto, was charged with racing a motor vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
The vehicle was impounded and his driver’s licence was suspended for 7 days.
