(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County Detachment have charged a 13-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Cross Street West, Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario, address.
On Monday, May 9, 2016 at approximately 10:31 a.m., police attended Thompson Creek Elementary School after being called by school officials.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a student engaged teachers in a conversation resulting in the police being contacted.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged a 13-year-old male with uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charge.
