(CALEDON, ON) – On Friday, August 12, 2016 officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a stolen vehicle and trailer from Advanced Taxidermy and Wildlife Design Limited, in the Town of Caledon.
Investigation revealed that the trailer contained wildlife antlers, with an approximate value of 1.5 million dollars.
Caledon Street Crime Unit (SCU) and Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) executed a warrant at a residence in Dufferin. The warrant was issued following an investigation.
While executing the warrant, officers located a small quantity of marihuana, the stolen vehicle and trailer, as well as all antlers.
As a result of the investigation, three individuals have been arrested and charged.
Gary James WALKER, 30, of Brampton was arrested and charged with:
Adult Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
Adult Fail to Comply with Recognizance
Adult Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Patrick HORGAN, 31, of Brampton was arrested and charged with:
Adult Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.
Breanna MARSHALL, 19, of Brampton was arrested and charged with:
Adult Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.
