Michael Marshall – Possession Of Stolen Property

An officer on patrol observed someone riding a bicycle matching the description of one of the stolen bicycles however it had been freshly painted orange. Further investigation revealed that 19 year old Michael Marshall of Wingham was in possession of both missing bicycles. Marshall was charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
