During the early morning hours of December 5th, Wingham Police were called to assist the OPP at a break and enter on North Street West in Morris Turnberry Township. The culprit entered the building and stole an ATV. Anyone with any information regarding this break, enter and theft is asked to contact the OPP.
At 10:30 AM on December 8th, Wingham Police were called to an assault at a Josephine Street residence. It was alleged that the suspect, a 65 year old Wingham man choked his roommate. He was charged with assault and choking.
On December 4th Wingham Police were called to assist OPP at a motor vehicle collision north of Wingham on London Road. Police, North Huron Fire Department and Huron County Ambulance attended. The road was closed while the investigation took place.

On December 3rd, at 7:45 am, Wingham Police were called to assist OPP on Belgrave Road in North Huron. An OPP officer had conducted a traffic stop and the driver became assaultive with the officer. The man was arrested and charged by the OPP.
