Maitland River Level Subsiding
The images below were taken at the intersection of Hwy 4 & 86. The photos show that the Maitland crested 9:30(ish) yesterday (24June). This morning’s photo shows the Mighty Maitland has dropped several feet since yesterday morning’s crest.
The images below were taken two hours apart, the first at 6:30am. The photos show that the Maitland may have crested 9:30(ish) this morning and the water level dropping from 8:30 to 10:30am.

The Mighty Maitland rose dramatically overnight and is seemingly continue to rise. A photo of the intersection of Hwys 4 & 86 at 6:30 24June2017 shows the water level at the time.
