The westbound lanes of Highway 417 are partially blocked following a collision between Island Park and Carling Avenue in Ottawa. A tractor-trailer is currently blocking two lanes. There were no serious injuries as a result of the collision. Ottawa OPP and emergency crews are attempting to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
