(Ottawa, ON) -The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has been investigating multiple motor vehicle collisions throughout the city. Highway 416 southbound now has one lane open. Due to adverse weather conditions, the OPP is urging motorists to slow down when travelling on the highways.
