(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit has notified next of kin and can now confirm that Party Shah, 30, has been charged with second-degree murder and attempted murder.
The victim has been identified as 60-year-old Farnaz Farahani.
The accused appeared in court on April 24.
