(NORTH PERTH, ON) – On Thursday July 30, 2021 just after 3:00 p.m., the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a mischief on Wallace Ave North in Listowel.
Police attended the area and observed damage to a parked motor vehicle at a business. An investigation was initiated and a suspect was identified.
David ERNEST, a 29-year-old resident of North Perth, was later arrested and charged with:
– Mischief Under $5000
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
