Ramon CAREY – Theft

(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – An individual is charged following an attempted theft in Guelph-Eramosa.

On February 20, 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of an attempted theft of personal belongings from a business on Wellington Road 124 in Guelph-Eramosa Township.

As a result of the investigation, Ramon CAREY, a 59-year-old from North York, is charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Theft under $5,000

The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on March 12, 2026.
