(NORTH HURON, ON) – On March 2, 2021 Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) issued a media release indicating a 25 year-old Mitchell resident was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose and Fail to Comply with an Undertaking in connection with an event that took place on London Road on February 25, 2021.
Police have since determined the previously named accused in this matter utilized an alias in an effort to avoid police prosecution.
The true identity of the accused has been determined to be Marc SCHOELIER, 24 years of age from Mitchell. Additional criminal charges are forthcoming in this matter against the accused.
