Martha NOBLE Drunk Driving In Goderich

(GODERICH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) credits an anonymous tipster for their latest arrest for Impaired Operation.

Shortly before 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 Huron County OPP received a call about a possible impaired driver in the Town of Goderich. OPP officers began patrolling for the suspect vehicle and approximately 20 minutes later officers located the suspect vehicle on Victoria Street South. Upon speaking with the driver the investigating officer had reason to believe the driver had consumed some alcohol thus a roadside screening test was administered. The driver completed the test and registered a Fail.

The driver was placed under arrest and was transported to the Huron OPP Detachment for further testing. Two samples of breath were provided to the Intoxilizer Technician and both samples were at/or above the legal limit.

Martha NOBLE, 62 years of age from Goderich has been charged with Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) – 80 Plus. The accused has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for December 20, 2021 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
