(NORTH PERTH, ON) – Tips from the public assisted in locating an impaired driver, who was arrested in North Perth on Good Friday.
On April 15, 2022, just after 10:00 p.m., the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in North Perth. Officers located the vehicle at a business on Wallace Avenue North, Listowel, and determined the driver was impaired. They were arrested, and transported to a local operations centre for further testing.
Chad PARK, 43, of Listowel, has been charged with:
– Operation while impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (A.D.L.S.) and a seven-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charge.
