Drunk Driver Arrested In Grand Bend

(GRAND BEND, ON) – On August 21, 2021 at 9:30 p.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified of a motor vehicle collision on Main Street, Grand Bend.

Officers attended and, upon speaking with one of the drivers, it became apparent the driver had consumed an alcoholic beverage. A roadside screening device was then administered. The driver was arrested for impaired operation and transported to an OPP detachment where they provided two samples over the legal limit.

Yevgen BILYKH, 33-years-old of Etobicoke has been charged with

  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus).

The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on September 20, 2021.
