(LAKESHORE, ON) – On December 30, 2020 at 6:08 p.m. a car was struck by a Via Rail train on Golfview Drive near Valentino Avenue, Lakeshore.
There were no injuries to the driver of the vehicle or passengers on the train.
The driver of the car has been charged with fail to give way to railway equipment under the Railway Safety Act.
