Assault Somewhere In South Huron – 34 Year Old Arrested – Name Released

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a complaint of an assault that took place in South Huron on Tuesday November 28^th.

On November 28th, 2023, just after 8:00 a.m. Huron OPP officers received a report of an assault that had taken place at a business location in South Huron at approximately 6:30 a.m. The victim received minor injury from the assault. The suspect was later located, arrested, and charged the same day.

Rusty OBEDOZA, 34 years-of-age of South Huron has been charged with the following offence:

–      Assault Causing Bodily Harm – Choking.

The accused was later released from custody with a court appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on the 8^th of January, 2024.
