(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On May 17th, 2015 at approximately 10:00 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed and stopped a motor vehicle on River Road West that was being operated in a dangerous manner. A further investigation of the driver of this motor vehicle revealed that he was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Dangerous Operation”, “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Abin A. JIWANI 31 years old from West Gwillimbury, Ontario. First appearance is June 16th, 2015 in Collingwood court.
