(KINCARDINE, ON) – On July 26, 2021 10:47 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol stopped a vehicle along Princes Street in Kincardine. The officer found the driver was breaching a court imposed condition.
After taking the driver into custody, the officer seized more than 260 grams of Cannabis.
Donald McFARLAN, 53-years-old, of Kinloss Township was charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Release Order,
- Possess More than 30 Grams of Cannabis in Public
- Drive with Cannabis Readily Available
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on September 29, 2021 to answer to the charges.
