(CHATSWORTH, ON) On March 25, 2022 at 11:00 p.m., the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 6 in the Township of Chatsworth. Police conducted patrols and located the motor vehicle a short time later.
Police spoke with the driver and determined that they had been consuming alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest, and transported to an OPP detachment where further tests were administered.
The Grey Bruce OPP have charged Antonio DE OLIVEIRA CORREIA, 52 years-of-age, from Chatsworth with operation while impaired.
The accused was released and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.
