42 Year Old From Brussels Arrested

(PLYMPTON-WYOMING TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 30, 2024, at 5:50 a.m., an off-duty member of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed an erratic vehicle on Oil Heritage Road while on their way to report for duty. The off-duty member contacted Provincial Communication Center-London and arranged for other members to attend to stop the vehicle.

Upon speaking with the driver, it became apparent the driver had consumed an alcoholic beverage and was displaying signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to the Lambton OPP detachment where they provided two samples of breath above the legal limit. A search, incident to arrest, also yielded a small quantity of suspected cocaine.   

Johan NEUDORF-HARDER, 42-years-old of Brussels, has been charged with the following:

  • Operation While Impaired,
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus) and,
  • Possession of a schedule one substance.

The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
