(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – On Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 8:40 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Lakeshore Road in Dunnville.
Joseph Christopher KILGOUR, 26-years-old of Huron West, Ontario has been charged with:
- Operation While Prohibited
- Fail To Comply with Probation Order (two counts)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000
- Careless Driving
- Drive vehicle with Cannabis readily available
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
The OPP is continuing to investigate this incident and is asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has any information, to contact the Haldimand OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
