2 Suspicious Deaths Near Brussels

(HURON EAST, ON) – Members of the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit and OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS), under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB), are investigating two deaths near Brussels. 

On Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at approximately 4:00 p.m., Huron County OPP and Huron County Paramedic Services responded to a residence located on Graham Road, just south of Brussels, to complete a well-being check on the occupants. 

Officers arrived on scene and located a deceased adult female inside the home. Police also located a deceased adult male on the property.    

Both deaths are considered suspicious in nature. 

Post-mortem examinations are expected to be completed tomorrow and further updates will be provided when they become available.   

Investigators would like to speak with anyone that may have witnessed any suspicious activity taking place on or near Graham Road between the evening hours of Tuesday, March 29, 2022 and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
