2 From Parkhill Arrested – Trafficking & Break & Enters

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On July 13, 2022, during the morning hours, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), Emergency Response Team (ERT), Elgin-Middlesex, Oxford-Brant, Haldimand-Norfolk, Huron-Perth and Lambton Community Street Crime Units (CSCU), and OPP Canine executed search warrants on multiple addresses in Parkhill, North Middlesex. 

Four search warrants were executed simultaneously at properties located on Emily Street in the town of Parkhill, North Middlesex.

Anthony “AJ” RILEY, a 27-year-old of Parkhill, has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:

  • Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence (three counts)
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada
  • Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid

The accused has been held for a bail hearing.

Hayley HART, a 25-year-old of Parkhill, has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:

  • Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Opioid

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date to speak to the charges.

The investigation is continuing.
