2 Charged With Theft – DEVEREAUX & MIROTTA

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – On July 30, 2021, just after 1:00 a.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were involved in an investigation into a Highway Traffic Act offence on Wallace Ave North, Listowel. Police identified the individuals as being previously involved in a theft from a business in Monkton on June 8, 2021. 

As a result, Bryan DEVEREAUX, a 44-year-old resident of Kitchener was arrested and charged with:

• Theft Under $5000

And Alyssa MIROTTA, a 28-year-old resident of Waterloo was arrested and charged with:

• Theft Under $5000

The accused parties in this matter were released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charge.
