Another Pedestrian Sent To Hospital

Waterloo Region, Ontario – WRPS’ Traffic Services Unit continues to investigate pedestrian collision in Waterloo.

On March 14, 2024, at approximately 9:30 a.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision between a motor vehicle and a pedestrian on King Street South at Willis Way.

The pedestrian, an 82-year-old female from Waterloo, was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening physical injuries.

The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old Waterloo male was charged with Careless Driving.

The investigation is ongoing.
