38 Criminal Charges For 38 Year Old

On December 31, 2020, at approximately 10:10 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police Service’s South CORE (Community Oriented Response and Enforcement) Team located and arrested a 38-year-old Cambridge male for an outstanding warrant near downtown Galt. Further police investigation revealed the male was breaching several of his release order terms.

The male was also unlawfully in possession of several government identity cards, bank cards, and financial documents, which were seized. As a result of the investigation, the male was charged with 38 criminal code offences, 1 count possession of controlled substance schedule 1, contrary to the Controlled Drug Substance Act, and 1 count of Drive While Under Suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 1, 2021.
