(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – On Sunday, December 13, 2020, at approximately 2:26 a.m., an officer with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment stopped and investigated a vehicle that was parked at a Highway 24, Windham, Norfolk County address.
As a result, officers charged 28-year-old Jeffrey Keith O’DONNELL-HEXAMER from the County of Brant, Ontario with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs and operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Simcoe at a later date.
